Ice fishing on Chesuncook Lake

Last weekend things finally started to pick up. Plenty of salmon action and more than our fare share of cusks. We tossed back anything under 24". The largest cusk keeper was 27", 6 pounds....mmmmm! (fresh water scallops) Right during the middle of the day. We have plenty of ice fisherman in this weekend, so we should have some good result to post Sunday.

Keep on Fish'n!

I enjoy your posts very much. I have fished 'Suncook many times in the summer and the webcam is great. I plan on coming up this summer and making reservations to stay for a few days
