Canoe Shuttle Service

We have been operating a Canoe Shuttle service for 11 years now. I forgot to put it on the blog, sorry. If your paddling the West Branch of the Penobscot River and don't want to paddle down the Chesuncook Lake. We can shuttle you and your gear back to your vehicle at Rockwood, Roll Dam or Lobster. We even shuttle folks that are paddling the Northern Forest Canoe Trail over to Chamberlain and Allagash Lake. Face Book

It's been a while since the last post. Google had some migration issues from their old to new blogger program, and we couldn't update the blog. Anyway we're now on Face Book. I hear it's the best way to waste a lot of time.

Weather here has been fantastic. No black flies or mosquitoes, thanks to a relativity dry Spring. That, and the return of bats and purple martins. The lack of rain should ensure two hatches of partridge this year and good bird season this fall. We've seen more black bear this Spring than ever before.
