Help wanted - waitress and kitchen help/cabin cleaning for this winter. Mid January to the end of March 2012. Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. Requires overnight stays lodging included.

Lake ICE conditions

Lake ice out front was 7-8" clear ice as of this afternoon. No guarantees on the rest of the lake. Use caution the usual places will still be open. The ice should pick up an inch or two a day for the next month or so, if the weather cooperates. The lake is open down at the old Chesuncook Dam/landing.

Snow conditions!

Still pretty boney out there. We have 4-5" on the ground. It didn't slow down the boys from taking the sleds out yesterday while we where in town finishing up some shopping. looks like some light snow Tuesday. Lake has 3-4" on it. Making an inch + of ice a night now.
